Global Services Consulting partners with all of our clients to help them address complex real estate problems and make informed decisions on their real estate needs. Large or small, local or multinational, all clients receive Global Services Consul ting’s commitment to delivering timely information and accurate analysis – in short, the type of service they deserve.

- Finding suitable property, based on our customer’s requirements.
- Advising potential buyers on all aspects of buying in Bulgaria. We make property purchase simple in excellent areas for investment.
- Negotiating the best price (if possible) with the owner of the property or with the real estate agency representing the owner (if any)
- Research on selected real estate, including court records double-check, check for mortgages etc. done by our lawyer

We will show you all properties within the desired area and within your price range. Our friendly staff will meet you, arrange your accommodation and will show you around. Viewing is free of charge. We only charge transport expenses of 0.20 Euros per km if our transportation is used for the countryside.

Please note that we need at least one-week notice to organise accommodation. You can rely on car with driver, interpreter, viewing, visiting, inspecting and selecting your property or properties.

This process takes around 20 business days and includes registering the new company with National Companies Register, with National Tax Register Authority, National Insurance and also opening a company business account in a Bulgarian bank. For a this service charge 850 Euros which includes all state, legal and solicitor’s fees.
When we register your company you must deposit a sum of 5 000 lv / 2600 Euros (approx) into your company bank account whilst the registration is being carried out. This money can then be withdrawn once the company is registered.
We also offer if required full company book-keeping, accounting & tax administration servicing

Recruitment and Selection of candidates appropriate for any required position at your Company. (as per initially set and agreed profile by you).

Global Services offers complete replacement of the owner in his/her responsibilities in leasing out the property. We guarantee tenants and owners that utilities, maintenance and housekeeping are taken care of in a professional and reliable manner. Our package or property management services include:

- tenant assistance and services;
- ensuring continuously occupancy of the property at the best market price;
- advertisement of the property on our own expenses;
- maintenance management;
- administrative, human resource and legal services;
- financial services including accounts payable, receivable, reporting and budgeting;

The price of the property management services depends on the undertaken responsibilities. It varies form 10 to 15% of the rent. The term of the contract for property management is from1 to 5 years.
